Lettings Progressor

Hours – Monday to Friday – Hybrid and office-based Loughton

Basic Salary up to £35,000

Our client is an independent estate agency, with over 25 years London property experience. Their aim is to be recognised for their superior professional service and their intimate local knowledge of all areas. Specialising in all aspects of residential property.

An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Progressor with around 2 year’s experience to join their busy office working with a Motivated, friendly team. We are looking for candidates with previous experience, ideally working with Goodlord, who is ambitious with a real desire to succeed in the property industry.

Duties will include:

• Sending out new instruction packs


• Tenancy agreements,


• Liaising with landlords and tenants,


• Booking inventories,


• Contacting the tenant regarding renewals


• Preferable Goodlord experience

Candidate must be/have:

• Well-presented and have excellent communication skills 


• Great attention to detail


• Great understanding of the lettings industry


• Confident and articulate 


• Able to work on own initiative
