Sales Negotiator - Catford

Salary: £25,000, (OTE £35,000) – Car/travel allowance

Hours – 5 Day week - Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm (Day off in the week)

Driver preferred not essential

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a great ambitious team.

What you will be doing most days:

 

• Carry out viewings in a friendly, helpful, proactive way – add value


• Answer the phone and book in viewings


• Follow up regularly with potential buyers


• Keep sellers updated


• Update social media with new properties and community information


• Negotiate offers Qualities

 

Qualities

• Good level of experience of estate agency and the sales process


• Genuine high attention to detail / diary management / well organised


• Ability to communicate and negotiate with all sorts of people in a proactive but friendly way


• Good level of experience of relating to people in a variety of settings and contexts


• Good written and spoken English Patient, positive, problem solver Friendly, unstressed, team player


• Go the extra mile


• Good with IT and quick to learn new IT


• Good with updating social media


• Live within easy commuting distance of the office


• Experience in Sales
