Salary - £25,000 + Commission (OTE £45,000 - £50,000) and car allowance

Our client is looking to appoint a driven and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator who has proven success in lettings to join their team in Finchley North London. An individual who is immaculate in presentation with excellent customer service skills will fit in well to this role. A great communicator with outstanding time management is just what our client looking for.

Duties of Lettings Negotiator role will include;

• Conducting viewings and letting properties


• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database


• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback


• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business Person

Specification: The successful candidate must possess:

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach


• A strong customer focus - Desire to meet and exceed targets


• Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude


• High accuracy and attention to detail


• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team


• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
