A prestigious client in Finchley Central is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Manager with around 2 year’s experience to join their rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Commercial Property Manager, with a basic grasp of trades being highly advantageous. Politeness and confidence are essential when interacting with contractors, landlords, and tenants, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day management issues concerning the properties in the portfolio

• Managing Landlord and Tenant relations

• Be the main point of contact for clients, leaseholders and tenants, addressing their queries/requests in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Have a good understanding of the various Health & Safety (including fire safety) requirements and to be up to date with all current legislation

• Being able to read and understand leases and legal documentation

• Attending tenant meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGM) as and when required.

• Being able to use the property management software. Experience of the Re-leased software is not essential as training can be provided.

• To have a good accounting knowledge including setting budgets (alongside the accounts team)

 

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years + experience in Commercial Block Management

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English language skills, including grammar and spelling, with keen attention to detail)

• Able to always act professionally

• Good work ethic

• Good time management

• Good telephone manner

• Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) efficiently

• Maintain strict confidentiality

• Ability to work on your own initiative

• To be a team player

• Enthusiastic, positive outlook
