Lettings Negotiator – East London

Basic Salary - £18,000 – £22,000 – OTE £40,000 & Car Allowance

Our client is an independent estate agency, with over 25 years of Property experience. Their aim is to be recognised for their superior professional service and their intimate local knowledge of all areas. Specialising in all aspects of residential property.

An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator with good experience to join their busy office working with a friendly and dedicated team. We are looking for a candidate who is ambitious with a real desire to succeed in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting viewings and letting properties 


• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database 


• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback 


• Facilitating a let through to move in 


• Previous lettings experience is essential.


• Full UK driving licence.
