Lettings Negotiator – Barnet

Basic salary up to £25,000 + Com OTE £45,000 - £50,000

Driver with own car required

 

We have an amazing opportunity to join a thriving business whose reputation precedes them. With branches across Hertfordshire and North London there are no limits for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator.

 

Experience is required for this role they require an articulate, confident and well-presented candidate who has a proven track record in the Estate Agency Sector.

 

The ideal candidate will be dynamic and target driven. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and a great people person.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting viewings and letting properties 


• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database 


• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback 


• Facilitating a let through to move in 


• Previous lettings experience is essential.


• Full UK driving licence.
