Salary – Up to £25,000 (Depending on Experience) + Car Allowance and commission OTE £30,000 - £45,000

As a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the property market, helping clients find their dream homes and investment properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property valuations, negotiating sales and lettings, and providing clients with insightful advice on the Hackney and Islington property markets. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be crucial in driving the agency’s continued success.

Day-to-day duties include:

• Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let.


• Offering services to landlords & vendors


• Developing leads into viewings/instructions


• Carrying out viewings


• Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market.


• Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements


• Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let


• Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback.


• Negotiating offers


• Diary management


• Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements.


• Experienced in Valuations
