Senior/Property Manager

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Working Hours 8.50am - 6pm

As an experienced Property Manager, your exceptional organisational skills will be put to great use. Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency, values the core element of property management within their business. Many of their clients have been with them for years, a testament to their outstanding service and reputation.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively will be crucial. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, demonstrating a high level of competence and professionalism.

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

• Managing existing tenancies by arranging repairs to be carried out through contractors,


• Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants,


• Completing all pre tenancy works for tenant's moving in and moving out,


• Negotiations and actioning of end of tenancy deposit releases,


• Ensuring all properties are keeping up with current legislation,


• Dealing with Contractors,


• Organising and ensuring the security of keys,


• Completing inspections and property visits.

The Individual:

• Experience of managing a portfolio of residential properties, ideally London based


• Able to drive a manual car with full licence


• Excellent organisational skills


• A strong problem solver


• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines


• Strong written and verbal and communication skills


• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


• Proven customer service skills
