Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Sales Manager – Islington

Salary – £25,000, Up to £35,000, OTE £50,000 +

Hours – Monday -Friday - 9am – 6pm, every other Saturday 10am – 2pm

Prefer a driver - Pool car or option of Electric Bike

The position available is for a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Sales and Lettings Branch Manager in driving business growth.


• Targeted monthly Sales and Lettings new business deals.


• Responsible for own Sales progression until completion.    


• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.


• Always ensuring excellent customer service.


• Working alongside the Branch Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations in the office.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales and Lettings within an estate agency.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Knowledge of the Local property market.
