Pear Recruitment – Trainee/Lettings Negotiator – Kennington

Salary – £21,000 + (Depending on Experience) Review after 6 months + Commission OTE £50,00, £300 PCM car allowance

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 6:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 6pm Every other Saturday 9am - 4pm

 

A highly successful, forward thinking Independent Estate Agents are looking to recruit a trainee/ Lettings Negotiator to join their team based in Kennington. The successful candidate will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering a first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated, and target driven. Experience is not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting viewings and letting properties 


• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database 


• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback 


• Facilitating a let through to move in 


• Full UK driving licence.
