Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work within their East London Branch.
They are recommended highly in the area, boasting a wealth of local knowledge.
Do you have good communication skills, a proven track record for time keeping and feel you are exceptionally organised then please send your CV.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let, through to move in
Full UK driving licence.
