£25,000 Basic OTE £40K - £45,000 plus car allowance or pool car
Working hours Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Every other Saturday 9am – 5pm
Must Reside witin 7 Miles of the office
Our client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator with local knowledge of St Albans. This is an exciting opportunity to join this established and highly successful award-winning Estate agency based in a great part of Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate must have lots of energy and enthusiasm, to drive forward the department and be able to deliver a high-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Agreeing deals with ease and ensure monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.
* Landlord communication and relationship building
* Prospecting to generate valuations and building landlord database.
* Prepare and record company figures when needed.
* Identify and implement strategies to increase stock levels and build market share.
* Ensure focus on own development, progression and improving skills.
* Maintain compliance with industry and internal process.
* Any other duties requested by manager or Directors.
