Salary £30,000 - £35,000 OTE £55,000 Plus car allowance
Monday – Thursday 8:50am – 6:30pm
Friday – 8:30am – 6pm
Saturdays on a Rota basis

The right candidate will have the ability to lead by example and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service. You will be a self-motivated individual who can embrace change and motivate others to do so. They will have a proven track record in exceeding targets, building strong relationships with customers, and obtaining new business opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:
Handling calls and email enquiries
Valuing properties
Sales chasing
Setting Staff Targets
Prospecting
Negotiating deals
Vendor care
Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors
Developing client relationships
