Salary £35,000 plus commission.

They are a unique lettings & Management organisation offering a traditional rental service. In addition, they are one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee service provision specialists, procuring all types of property for Local & central government to fulfil their emergency Housing needs.
An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Manager to join this successful independent.
Candidates will be highly motivated with a proven track record at a senior level. Working in a dynamic & organised fashion. This is a great position which will embrace your entrepreneurial flair utilise your outstanding people skills. You will be incredibly articulate, ambitious and focused on driving growth through the lettings side of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
Generating and conducting market appraisals
Winning instructions
Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
Managing a team, regular team meetings, holiday approval, reporting for payroll.
Reporting to the directors on a regular basis.
Ensuring office targets are met and exceeded.
Close deals
Cross-selling Sales, Lettings and property Management services.
Ensuring services levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.
Skills required:
Experience of increasing market share
Excellent People management
Must be strong market share winner.
Ability to lead and motivate a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
People Management Skills
Desire and success in winning new business.
Motivator of people
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Industry recognised qualifications
Ambitious dynamic and motivated
Strong at time keeping and time management.
