Typically, this role will involve:
Dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings
Building relationships with buyers and vendors
Conducting viewings
Keeping vendors and buyers constantly updated
Handling negotiations and queries
Dealing with solicitors
Candidates must be:
Confident and outgoing
Proven track record in a sales environment
Punctual and well presented.
Motivated and target driven.
Excellent communication skills/ Articulate.
Full UK Driving Licence
