Salary £30,000 - £35,000
Working Hours: Monday- Friday 8.45am-6pm
Rare and wonderful opportunity for a talented and resilient Property Manager to join this multi award winning company and its Monday to Friday. Our client is a leading Independent Residential Real Estate & Commercial Service Provider. Guild of Property Professionals, Relocation Agent Network and ARMA member, regulated by RICS.
Your role will include:
Preparing agreements for tenants
Negotiating contract renewals
Managing a large rental portfolio
Organising inventories to take place
Arranging for gas, water and electrical checks
Keeping vendors and tenants up to date at all times
Skills & Attributes:
Administration and information technology
Communication and negotiating
Well presented and professional
Confident and responsible
Ability to work on your own initiative
Make responsible decisions
Prepared to work flexible hours
Positive and encouraging
Courteous to both clients and co-workers
Stress management and problem solving
Driving licence is preferred but not essential
