An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our clients Central London multi award winning International real estate firm as a Property Manager Team Leader. You must be a meticulous individual with Property Management experience. Passionate about delivering a first class customer service and delivering smiles to client faces!!
Working directly with clients assisting them through the understanding the process of tenants moving into their properties. Managing as team ensuring that they share the same beliefs and values you do in delivering he highest level customer service at all times!
A natural leader you will; direct your team by example and work together to build a be st-in-class customer service desk. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Property Manager, who is ready to step up and drive impactful customer service.

The objective is for you to be ARLA qualified and be able to lead this amazing team by example.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 6:30.pm. (Late finishes as and when required)
Friday 09:00am to 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm
Commission and Bonus:
Commission
5% commission on margins.
There are also additional bonuses and incentives based on overall department performance over-achieving!
