At the same time we will not approach our Clients without your prior consent, so rest assured that your search will be treated with complete discretion and confidentiality.
If you are not from an Estate Agency background and are thinking about getting into this buoyant industry there are certain roles we can look at. These tend to be at entry/junior level.
The main requirements for any of these are that you have plenty of passion and drive, ideally a solid sales background, smart and articulate and a UK driving license. The rest is down to us.
Once we have successfully placed a candidate we will obtain professional references for them, so that we deal with the complete cycle from start to finish. Rest assured that we will not approach candidates who have been placed by us, and this is the one policy we are very strict on. Our reputation and your trust are far more valuable to us than making a quick placement.
