Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm

 

Our client is a reputable name in the property industry and are actively seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous individual to step into the role of Property Services Coordinator – Inspection & Maintenance. Renowned for their exceptional customer service and strong market presence this is an exciting opportunity for those seeking a dynamic and fulfilling career in the property industry.

 

As Property Services Coordinator – Inspection & Maintenance you will play a vital role in orchestrating seamless property inspections, maintenance coordination and effective communication with clients.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass:

 



  • Scheduling appointments for a proficient team of inspection clerks, liaising with tenants and landlords to ensure convenient inspection timings.


  • Efficiently uploading inspection reports and pertinent documents onto our systems, maintaining accurate and timely records.


  • Acting as the pivotal link between landlords, tenants, and our inspection team, promptly addressing inquiries and issues with a high level of professionalism.


  • Undertaking property snagging activities as required to identify and rectify maintenance issues for optimal property conditions.


  • Collaborating closely with property developers to facilitate essential snagging inspections and communicate findings effectively.


  • Overseeing the financial aspects of the handyman's tasks, ensuring meticulous expense management and adherence to budgetary guidelines.


  • Coordinating and scheduling tasks for the handyman, optimizing his calendar to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.


  • Acting as the company handyman assistant and making sure our inspection clerk team is well supported.


To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills to the table:



  • Exceptional organisational aptitude, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.


  • Proficient in communication, both written and verbal, allowing seamless interaction with diverse stakeholders.


  • A keen eye for detail, enabling accurate record-keeping and comprehensive property inspections.


  • Strong problem-solving acumen: to swiftly address challenges and find pragmatic solutions.


  • Familiarity with property management processes and inspection protocols is advantageous.


  • Proficiency in utilising digital tools and systems for streamlined document management and scheduling.


  • A customer-centric attitude, with the capability to uphold a professional demeanour in all interactions.


  • Previous experience as executive assistant or PA is an advantage.
