Basic Salary £20,000 - £22,000 plus commission and car allowance.
Working Hours: 5 Day week(1 in 4 Saturdays off)
Are you a Sales Negotiator who is looking to push your career to the next step?
You will already have experience in a busy office and be looking to develop your already fantastic negotiation skills.
Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator that has experience in Valuing & selling residential property, someone who has a true understanding of the property market. You must have drive and enthusiasm and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Building and maintaining relationships will be your thing and the ability to convert valuations into smooth sales will be speciality!
Other duties to include:
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings.
You must be well spoken, have experience in property sales and have immaculate presentation. You must be able to communicate at all levels. It is important that you are a self starter and can generate business without constant management.
