Maidavale
Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm
Salary £30,000 - £35,000
Our client is an independent estate agent located in the heart of West & North-West London, offering an amazing property management service in Maida Vale, Queens Park, St John’s Wood, South Hampstead, West Hampstead, Hampstead, Belsize Park and Primrose Hill which they would love you to be a part of.
They pride themselves on offering a highly professional and personal service, and an in-depth knowledge of the local area can you see yourself being part of this team?
They are looking for a highly organised individual with a structured approach to work. Candidates must have a consistent CV, be professional with proven reliability. You will take pride in your presentation, be well-spoken, have an excellent understanding of computer software and have a high level of administrative ability, ideally in both property lettings or property management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
About the role:
Arranging Gas Safety certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports and Energy Performance Certificates.
Drawing up, checking, and sending out tenancy agreements.
Booking in works requested prior to the tenancy.
Booking Inventories, check ins and outs.
Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents and enquiries.
Register deposits.
We are looking for an individual with the below qualities:
2+ years’ experience in property.
Good attention to detail.
Highly motivated and well organised.
Have a positive attitude and work well in a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
