Pool car available
Monday to Friday (1 in 3 Saturdays)
Our client is seeking a Senior Lettings Consultant with around 2 years’ experience working in a prime central London Market. Working in a small team you will be focused on exceeding targets and working closely to ensure this happens!
You will need a proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets along with a charismatic personality.
If you are hungry, driven, articulate and ambitious, this job is for you. Fantastic on the phone, and a quick thinker, all the while delivering first class customer service for this agent in a great part of London.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Register new applicants.
Organising and conducting viewings.
Business development
Ensuring landlords and applicants are kept in the loop of the lettings process from beginning to end.
Negotiating offers successfully.
Preferred Skills:
Listing experience is a must
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong rapport building and networking skills.
Drive to go above and beyond to make sure the client has the best possible service.
