Sales Progressor West Drayton
Salary circa £30,000
An award-winning independent estate and letting agent is currently looking for self-motivated and talented Sales Progressor who can contribute to their team. As Sales Progressor you will have a positive attitude and this, together with your communication skills this will make you an amazing addition to a great Sales Team.
As you know the devil is in the detail, and any successful progressor will be meticulous and amazingly organised. So if you’re a team player who is truly committed to providing excellent service and loves everything about what you do, this could be the move you are looking for.
As a Sales Progressor, your role will include:
Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion - ensuring all parties are kept fully informed, always.
Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed
Being the sole point of contact for all parties
Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors
Promoting our services where appropriate and generating referral leads
