Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:45am - 7pm. Fri: 8:45am - 6pm.
How would you like to join one of South London's leading agencies? This is an amazing opportunity to join a well-regarded agent with the vast majority of their business coming from word of mouth!
They are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator, though we are willing to consider applicants without a property background this position would ideally suit someone with one to two years in the industry, with a broad knowledge of lettings and relevant legislation relating to the necessary associated paperwork they will be required to process. Applicants will be able to demonstrate their ability to multi-task and tackle many files simultaneously whilst maintaining a calm demeanour and have no reluctance to handle difficult situations.
About the role:
Organising the digital marketing for lettings properties
Coordinating and arranging appointments with photographers and tenants
Writing descriptions for properties
Liaising with landlords regarding the online advertisements of their properties
Booking boards and removals
Assist other lettings administrators with file progressions
General admin and paperwork as required
Helping colleagues where needed
Cover other offices when required
Managing the prospecting tool and ensuring marketing materials are sent out
daily / weekly as required
Writing valuation letters & Terms of Business
Assisting the Head of Lettings with day to day running of the department by providing general administration support as and when needed
Calling out and contacting old clients to source potential business/return business
Supporting the Head of Lettings as and when special projects are being undertaken
The right candidate:
Able to multi-task successfully
Articulate, fluent and confident with both written and spoken English
Excellent spelling, grammar & descriptive English language skills
The ability to prioritise their workload
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
A polite & confident telephone manner
The ability to work autonomously with support and guidance from senior management
Solution oriented
Naturally charismatic & confident
No qualms in seeking assistance
Willing to assist colleagues outside the parameters of their role, where necessary
Knowledge of CFP Winman or Alto would be a bonus, though intermediate knowledge of other office software is mandatory
