Our client is looking for someone just like this, someone who is smart, driven, organised. An Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen their sales division by instructing and selling some of the area's most charming and lovely properties.
With a passion for property, our client brings a wealth of hands-on experience, local expertise, and wide property marketing knowledge to the London market.
Founded and run by property investors, this team is dedicated to helping, landlords, tenants, and buyers to realise their property dreams.
Your determination to drive a team to meet and exceed targets will come naturally to you, and your ability to form and develop relationships will be a winning asset! So many opportunities await you. With the possibility to go to Dubai selling stock and winning new business.
About You:
You will be an experienced Valuer and possibly an ambitious Negotiator with experience in a managerial capacity. You will also need to show success in winning new business with innovative marketing ideas.
Ideally you will be a creative, determined individual with excellent experience of leading and motivating a successful team and training new staff; very customer focused and impeccably presented.
