We are looking for the dream candidate for the dream Job!
Our client is offering a wonderful opportunity to a polished Lettings Negotiator, looking for a career move that offers Longevity. A real opportunity to work on some beautiful properties out of the Earlsfield office, they also have offices in Wimbledon, South Kensington, Brixton & Battersea.
Your experience is invaluable, but as sales isn’t a science your personality is what will win you the role! We are looking for candidates with bags and bags of energy,enthusiasm &drive. What will also work in your favour is your likeability,honesty,and greatcommunication skills. A great work ethic, your confidence and warmth will win clients over and your motivation and determination will help you drive deals through to completion!
We need you to live in relative close proximity to our Earlsfield office, be over 21 and hold a full UK licence for a minimum of 6 months, if you hold a degree, then we will be the cherry on the top!
On offer is a salary and commission packages outperform most, if not all, agencies in oursector. Fast track progression can be achieved through their intense training programs. There main aim is to maximise your existing strengths and help you develop new skills as partof anongoing processthatneverreallystops. It’s a steep learning curve that will set the bar for the rest of your career. Every newmemberreceives250 hours oftraining–fivetimestheindustry standard.

There are rewards on offer with regular trips abroad. Previously taking groups to New York,Barcelona, Berlin,Majorca andMarrakech.
Working Hours
Mon-Thu: 08:30am – 7pm Fri: 8am–6pm EveryotherSaturday/bankholiday:9am–4pm
The Package
£25,000forthefirst3months/probationperiod
£15,000 thereafter +10% commission (progressive competitive commission structure)OTEfor1st yearis£45,000-£50,000
