Working Hours: Mon-Thur: 8:45am – 7pm. Fri: 8:45am – 6pm. Sat 10am-4pm
(Two Saturdays on, one off – minimum)
How would you like to join one of South London's leading agencies? This is an amazing opportunity to join a well regarded agent with the vast majority of their business coming from word of mouth!
They are looking for a confident sales negotiator to join the team and work from their Clapham office. This is a great opportunity with higher earning potential as you will not have to do sales progression – 100% of their week is focused on securing offers. All current Sales managers have progressed from negotiators so there is a clear pathway for progression.
This is an amazing company who will offer intensive training to the successful candidate along with a great commission based on achievable targets. You will also benefit from a great bonus structure with initial on target earnings of around £50k plus and a company car.
To be successful in this position you will be:
A Hungry, driven negotiator who is prepared to put in the hard work to develop within the industry.
Competitive individual who is looking to work for an Industry market leader
Someone who is looking to move into potential management roles
An individual to compliment a hard-working sales team
Full clean driving licence.
Great Package:
Expected initial earnings in first year £45k-50k+
23k retainer for the first four months
Company car provided (VW Polo)
Based out of the Clapham Office.
Two month trial period.
Office hours - Mon-Thur: 8:45am – 7pm. Fri: 8:45am – 6pm. Sat 10am-4pm .
Two Saturdays on, one off – minimum.
Negotiators have access to the whole property register across all branches and get the same commission for selling all of our properties.
