Role Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee the lettings side of the business, handling appraisals, business generation, case progression, and relets. This pivotal role involves supporting two Property Managers with a portfolio of private residential rented properties. Responsibilities include ensuring maintenance, property inspections, contractor coordination, rent payments, renewal contracts, and dilapidations are managed to the highest standard, delivering the multi award-winning service that our client is renowned for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of local properties
- Provide proactive service to landlords and clients
- Flexibly manage your working day to maximise elite service, move in tenants, and efficiently conduct property visits
- Handle tenancy renewals and dilapidations
- Proactively manage maintenance and arrange contractors
- Secure business and relets
- Ensure full regulatory compliance across the business and portfolio

About You:
- Motivated and hardworking, complementing the existing team
- Possess self-initiative and autonomy to problem-solve
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (full training provided)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Experience in a similar role or administration-based position
- Knowledge and understanding of lettings and property management
