- Sales Progressor – Surbiton
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 OTE £35,000
Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Hybrid – 1 or 2 days a week
The client is a well-established property company sourcing highly discounted property deals for new and existing Landlords.
Your main duties would be to liaise with buyers, solicitors and mortgage brokers and ensure that sales transactions complete quickly and successfully.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Property Sales or Sales progression with good administration skills.
You must be exceptionally well organised and be able to multitask.
Excellent Problem-solving skills a MUST.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadline is also a must.
Good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
