YEAR ONE OTE £22,500 plus Car Allowance
Monday - Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm Saturday 9am – 2.30pm
5-day week to include Saturday
We are looking for a super switched-on trainee who is looking to get into the industry and become a successful Lettings Negotiator. Working across two offices Enfield & Palmers Green.
They are looking for someone who will truly immerse themselves in all thing’s lettings, administration, and property management. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking company who will support you through an 18-month Arla level 3 apprenticeship.
This role would suit someone:
With a sound knowledge of the property industry.
Looking to lay roots and develop long term relationships with clients across North London
Who can build and develop lasting professional relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Who holds a clean UK driving licence & own vehicle.
Who is resilient and has a positive and friendly attitude.
Who wants to be part of a fast growing, forward-thinking independent estate agents.
